
You are invited to join us for our monthly meditation morning at Kangaroo Ground, Melbourne, where we practise sitting Zen meditation (zazen) and walking meditation (kinhin), followed by a group discussion. Whether you are interested in Zen or would simply like to spend a few hours meditating with a small and friendly group, everyone is welcome.
